Fan-forced air is distributed through ducts inside the cabinet. The digital temperature controller lets staff adjust the setting, while the monoblock refrigeration system is designed for service access. A protective coating helps the refrigeration coil resist corrosion.

The storage area uses a 1/1GN shelf configuration with adjustable runners, allowing shelf positions to be changed to suit different items. Two shelves are supplied for each door. LED lighting illuminates the contents, and the doors are self-closing and lockable. Heated double glazing keeps products in view and helps minimise condensation.

The stainless-steel worktop provides a work surface above the refrigerated storage at a 840 mm working height. The filter can be removed for cleaning, and heavy-duty lockable castors allow the cabinet to be moved for positioning and access. CFC-free polyurethane insulation forms part of the cabinet construction.
