This upright fridge uses vertically ducted cooling to distribute air through the storage area. A digital temperature controller allows staff to adjust the setting. The monoblock refrigeration system is designed for service access, and a protective coating helps the refrigeration coil resist corrosion. Its operating range is 0°C to 6°C. The cabinet is rated for ambient temperatures up to 40°C.

Five adjustable 2/1GN shelves are supplied for each door, allowing the storage layout to be arranged for the items being held. LED lighting illuminates the contents. The heated double-glazed doors keep products visible and help minimise condensation. They are self-closing and fitted with locks.

A removable filter provides access for cleaning. Heavy-duty lockable castors allow the cabinet to be moved for positioning and maintenance access, while CFC-free polyurethane insulation forms part of the cabinet construction.
