The cabinet's four display levels comprise the base and three adjustable wire shelves. Adjusting the shelves lets you arrange different products, with warm LED lighting at each level to keep the display easy to browse.

Fan-forced heating circulates warm air through the cabinet, and the digital controller lets you set the holding temperature. A concealed water well, filled from the rear, sits in the heated airflow to add humidity. Frameless double glazing provides a clear view of the food from the customer side.

At the rear, spring-loaded sliding doors give staff access for serving and replenishment. Magnets hold the doors open while loading, leaving both hands free to arrange food. The cabinet is supplied on castors so it can be moved for positioning and access during cleaning.
