A Cuppone patent, Pizzaform is a special press for hot forming pizza dough disc up to 52 cm of diameter: available in five different models. Characterized by high hourly production, Pizzaform guarantees a perfect uniformity of shape and thickness of the dough disc without renouncing the traditional edge.

The electronically controlled temperature heated plates automatically press a thin solid layer of starch gel on the outside of the dough, which retains the gases and allows the user to obtain a perfect cooking of standard or Napoli pizza.
