The Frigomat PEB 60 EMU pasteurizer with water cooling and high voltage operates with two automatic working cycles at 65 °C and 85 °C, a semi-automatic cycle with freely adjustable temperature up to 90 °C and work breaks of up to 10 hours. At the end of the working time, an automatic preservation cycle follows at + 4 °C.

An additional semi-automatic cooling and preservation cycle at 4 °C and time visualization from +4 °C complete the device.

This pasteurizer makes your everyday work easier. This is ensured by the fully automatic defrosting function, the basin made from a stainless steel block and the completely removable stainless steel agitator with plug-in connection.

The dispensing tap is positioned high so that you can also use large containers. Of course, there is also an automatic washing cycle that allows you to clean the tap thoroughly between two uses.

By the way: If there is a power failure, the cycle will automatically start again from the beginning.
