The Frymaster electric deep fryer is ideal for busy restaurants. It can fry 36kg of frozen chips per hour, while saving energy and oil.

The spacious 25 litre frying pot is ideal for frying bone-in chicken and other breaded products as well as chips.

Your staff will find cleaning easy with elements that rotate and hold upright to access the open pot design frypot. The ergonomic bottom slopes forward, leaving minimal oil behind after filtering.
The deep cold zone helps to extend the life of the oil by keeping the lower oil cooler. Large food particles will sink and not burn and taint the oil. So, you save oil, labour, and time.
