The six efficient 30.6MJ Garland Starfire Pro(R) burners outperform ring burners in precision, productivity and energy efficiency. Heat is concentrated directly at the bottom of the pan, so food is cooked with a precise, even heat while not heating the surrounding kitchen environment. The two-piece split design makes them easy to handle, remove and clean.

Individual pilots reduces energy consumption, and flame failure protection keeps your kitchen safe.
