This 900 mm wide modular griddle top matches seamlessly with the Heavy Duty Restaurant Series units which feature a large front plate rail. The sleek stainless steel is perfect for open kitchens.

Powerful cast iron "H" burners disperse heat evenly over the large 15 mm thick commercial griddle plate, thick enough to retain heat without taking so long to get to heat up initially. Deeper cooking surface, 585 mm, cooks more products per load.
Burgers, bacon and eggs are cooked with the same heat across the entire plate, with no cooler spots.
