This durable commercial stove is ideal for busy restaurants.

Dual, cast iron knuckle burners sit below cast iron rings and lid, concentrating heat to the target centre, with heat graduating further away from the target. The burners sit flush with the 15mm thick steel surface, perfect for both large and heavy and small pots and pans – anything you can fit – on the large 692m deep cooking surface.

Individual pilots reduces energy consumption, and flame failure protection keeps your kitchen safe.

The large single door commercial oven can fit a full size gastronorm pan (GN1/1) in either direction, increasing your productivity. The 33MJ cast iron "H" oven burner is the best in class for temperature consistency and recovery time. The concave shape of the oven walls provides evenness in cooking and the black enamel coating is easy to clean.
