The A200-2251-E-D gives commercial kitchens a 20-quart bowl in a gear-driven planetary mixer. Three fixed speeds let the operator select a suitable setting for incorporating ingredients, blending and heavier mixing. A 15-minute mechanical timer helps staff repeat a familiar process from batch to batch. Start and stop switches are within easy reach during preparation.

The bowl is raised by a hand crank and locks in its upper or lower position, making loading and changeovers straightforward. Its stainless steel safety guard removes for cleaning, while the open base leaves access around the lower part of the mixer. The machine comes with a stainless steel bowl, beater, stainless steel whip and dough hook, so it is equipped for a range of mixing tasks from the outset.

A No. 12 attachment hub can take compatible optional tools, including a mincing attachment. The ingredient feed chute and mincer attachment are separate accessories. This configuration has a 10 A single-phase plug and lead; check the available bench or floor space against the machine drawing before installation.
