The HL1400-10STDA is a high-capacity Legacy mixer with a 140-quart bowl for large-scale preparation. Its gear-driven transmission offers four fixed speeds plus a stir speed. Staff can change settings using Shift-on-the-Fly selection, while Soft Start brings the agitator into motion gradually. A 50-minute SmartTimer with automatic time recall helps repeat timed mixing processes across large batches.

The bowl swings out for loading and is raised into position by a powered lift. Single-point bowl mounting and quick-release agitators make tool changes more manageable. The stainless steel easy-off safety guard can be removed for cleaning, and the open base allows access around the mixer. This model is specified for bolting to a level floor.

Included are a stainless steel bowl, B-beater, dough hook and bowl truck. The truck helps move the heavy bowl through the preparation area. A whip is available separately.
