The HL200-7STDA brings Hobart's Legacy mixer controls to a compact 20-quart bowl. It suits kitchens preparing batches of dough, batter and other mixed ingredients without dedicating the space required for a larger floor mixer. Its gear drive provides three fixed mixing speeds plus a stir speed. Shift-on-the-Fly speed selection makes it straightforward to change speed during a batch, while Soft Start eases the agitator into motion.

The 15-minute SmartTimer has automatic time recall, which helps staff repeat a familiar mixing cycle. Controls are positioned within easy reach. The bowl swings out for loading, and the single-point mounting system makes it simple to install or remove. Quick-release agitators and the removable stainless steel safety guard support routine changeovers and cleaning.

This configuration includes a stainless steel bowl, B-beater, stainless steel D-whip and dough hook. A No. 12 attachment hub is fitted for compatible optional attachments. The open base leaves the area around the mixer easier to reach for cleaning.
