The Hobart PREMAX AUP-VHL is a hood-type dishwasher for dishes and utensils. It includes VAPOSTOP-ER exhaust-air heat recovery and automatic hood lift. Switchable high-pressure wash pumps and Automatic Soil Removal support demanding loads. Its steam-rinse system and colour touchscreen help operators select and monitor the wash programme.
