The PREMAX FPC-10C is an undercounter dishwasher for kitchens that want one machine to handle dishes and cutlery. Its CUTLERY PREMIUM system selects the cutlery programme automatically when the corresponding rack is used and handles up to 80 pieces per cycle. Integrated TOP-DRY supports drying within the machine, so staff can spend less time polishing cutlery by hand. Water quality affects the final finish; external reverse-osmosis treatment may be useful where the supply is hard or mineral-rich.

For general dishwashing, the front-door machine takes 500 × 500 mm racks. VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH shows the programme and time remaining, and VAPOSTOP² condenses steam before the door is opened. An ECO rinse setting can use as little as 0.8 litres of fresh water per rack; the CUTLERY PREMIUM cycle uses more water.

CLIP-IN wash and rinse arms lift out without tools for cleaning. The self-cleaning wash system, GENIUS-X² fine filter and Hygiene programme support daily upkeep. A 2IN1 double-rack system and bottle-washing kit are available as separate options.
