The Hobart PREMAX AUPT-VHL is a double-rack hood-type dishwasher for dishes and utensils. It includes VAPOSTOP-ER exhaust-air heat recovery and automatic hood lift. Switchable high-pressure wash pumps and Automatic Soil Removal support demanding loads. Its steam-rinse system and colour touchscreen help operators select and monitor the wash programme. The eco programme has nominal water use of 1.4 litres per rack.
