Description
The PROFI AMX-HL/C combines the AMX wash system with automatic hood lift. Staff can close the hood with a button, and it opens when the wash cycle is complete. This reduces repeated manual hood handling during service and makes the machine practical for a wash area moving frequent racks of dishes and glassware. A rear panel is included with the automatic hood-lift configuration.
The dishwasher can be installed for straight-through or corner operation. VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH displays programme information and remaining cycle time, while SENSO-ACTIVE monitors wash-water quality to control the fresh-water rinse. A fine filter and interlocked strainer help keep food residues out of the wash system.
The fully enclosed hood helps keep heat and steam within the machine during washing. Its combined wash and rinse arms clean themselves during each cycle and can be taken out without tools for routine care. This version includes automatic hood lift; VAPOSTOP-ER and drain heat recovery are supplied on other AMX versions.
