Description
The PROFI AMXXL-HL/C pairs the AMXXL's tall wash chamber with Hobart's automatic hood lift. Staff can close the hood with a button, and it opens at the end of the cycle, reducing repeated manual hood handling during a busy shift. The version includes a back panel. The pass-through layout can be arranged for a straight line or a corner, allowing the wash area to fit the kitchen's workflow.
The chamber takes standard dish racks along with larger bakery sheets, trays and gastronorm containers. VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH provides a colour display for programme selection and cycle time. SENSO-ACTIVE monitors wash-water quality and adjusts fresh-water rinsing. The GENIUS-X² fine filter and rotating upper and lower wash arms help maintain wash performance across different loads.
The enclosed hood retains heat during washing. Self-cleaning wash and rinse arms remove without tools for routine care, and an interlocked strainer keeps the machine from running without its tank strainer. VAPOSTOP-ER and drain-water heat recovery are offered in other AMXXL configurations.
