The PROFI AMXXL-V/C is aimed at wash areas that need the larger AMXXL chamber and better control of steam at the end of a cycle. Its VAPOSTOP-ER system recovers heat from exhaust air and limits vapour release as the hood opens. Whether a separate canopy is required still depends on the installation. The chamber accommodates oversized trays and bakery sheets as well as ordinary rack loads, so one wash station can handle a varied service.

The colour VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH display presents programme information and remaining time. SENSO-ACTIVE measures wash-water quality and adapts the fresh-water rinse, while the GENIUS-X² fine filter helps manage residues. Separate rotating wash arms work above and below the load.

For routine cleaning, the wash and rinse arms have a self-cleaning function and can be removed without tools. The fully enclosed hood helps retain heat during operation. This version includes VAPOSTOP-ER; drain-water heat recovery and automatic hood lift are separate configurations.
