The PROFI AMXXL-VHL/C is the AMXXL version for kitchens that want both automatic hood movement and VAPOSTOP-ER steam management. Staff close the hood with a button; it opens when the wash cycle finishes. VAPOSTOP-ER recovers heat from the exhaust air and reduces vapour escaping as the hood opens. The need for a separate canopy depends on the installation conditions. A back panel is included with the hood-lift configuration.

Its large chamber can wash bulky bakery sheets, trays and gastronorm containers alongside standard rack loads. The VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH display makes programme status and remaining time visible. SENSO-ACTIVE checks wash-water quality and adjusts the fresh-water rinse, while the GENIUS-X² fine filter helps manage residues. Rotating wash arms work above and below the load.

The fully enclosed hood retains heat during washing. Combined wash and rinse arms clean themselves each cycle and release without tools for daily care. This VHL version combines VAPOSTOP-ER and automatic hood lift; drain-water heat recovery is a separate AMXXL feature.
