Description
The PROFI AMXXL-VR/C brings two heat-recovery systems to the AMXXL wash chamber. VAPOSTOP-ER captures heat from exhaust air and limits steam released when the hood opens. Drain-water heat recovery uses outgoing hot water to warm the fresh supply, so this version connects to cold water. Whether the installation needs a separate canopy still depends on site conditions. Its extra-large chamber handles large trays, bakery sheets and gastronorm containers as well as ordinary rack loads.
The colour VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH display shows programme details and time remaining. SENSO-ACTIVE monitors wash-water quality and adapts the fresh-water rinse, while the GENIUS-X² filter helps manage fine residues. Separate rotating upper and lower wash arms work across a large load.
The enclosed hood keeps heat within the machine during washing. Wash and rinse arms clean themselves each cycle and can be removed without tools for daily maintenance. Automatic hood lift is included only on a different AMXXL configuration.

The Hobart PROFI AMXXL-VR/C combines VAPOSTOP-ER exhaust-air heat recovery with drain-water heat recovery in an extra-large hood dishwasher. It suits kitchens washing bakery sheets, bulky trays and standard dish racks. VAPOSTOP-ER reduces vapour released when the hood opens, while the drain system uses waste-water heat to warm incoming water. The machine has a cold-water connection and touchscreen programme controls.
