The CN-A-90-15-L/R provides a left-to-right wash flow for kitchens moving racks steadily from prewash to clean-ware handling. Operators can select from three conveyor speeds to suit the service load, with nominal throughput up to 150 racks per hour. Its automatic rack movement supports a consistent washing rhythm through the warewash area.

INFOTRONIC uses a colour display for machine controls and operating information. The main wash pump works with a triple-rinse arrangement, while the integrated C20 heat-recovery system captures heat within the process. An autotimer reduces unnecessary running between loads. The deep-drawn stainless steel tank and strainer pan are designed for repeated cleaning, and the machine includes insulated doors, a main switch and an emergency stop.

Warm water is used for filling and a cold-water connection supports operation. The left-to-right layout should be planned with the surrounding tables and rack return path. Dish racks are separate, allowing the wash line to be equipped for the site's ware and handling pattern.
