The CN-L-A-90-15-L/R is built for a left-to-right conveyor layout in a kitchen handling substantial rack volumes. Three speeds let staff match the machine to demand, reaching a nominal 250 racks per hour at the highest setting. The L prewash section tackles incoming soil before racks reach the main wash tank, helping the wash line maintain a steady pace.

Automatic Soil Removal moves collected food waste out of the process, reducing manual handling and the need to dump and refill during service. Integrated C20 heat recovery captures useful heat, while the triple-rinse system has a dedicated pump for the final rinse. INFOTRONIC presents controls on a colour display and an autotimer helps limit unnecessary running.

The deep-drawn wash tank, strainer pan, wash and rinse arms and outer panels use stainless steel. Insulated doors, a main switch and an emergency stop are included. Plan inlet and outlet tables around the left-to-right feed; dish racks are separate from the machine.
