The CN-S-A-90-15-L/R is arranged for racks to move from left to right through a high-throughput warewash line. Three conveyor speeds give operators a choice of pace, with nominal capacity up to 300 racks per hour. Its S prewash section applies a powered wash before racks enter the main tank, helping the line cope with heavier incoming soil.

Automatic Soil Removal moves food waste out of the process, reducing manual clearing during service. The main wash uses a stainless steel pump, followed by a triple rinse with a dedicated rinse pump. C20 heat recovery is integrated into the machine, and an autotimer limits unnecessary running. Staff operate the unit through a colour INFOTRONIC display.

Deep-drawn stainless steel tank and strainer components make regular machine care practical. Insulated doors, a main switch and an emergency stop are included. The left-to-right orientation should fit the planned loading and unloading tables; dish racks are separate from the machine.
