Description
The CN-S-A-90-15-R/L gives a busy kitchen right-to-left rack flow through a powered S prewash, main wash and final rinse. Its three selectable conveyor speeds allow the line to respond to demand, reaching nominal capacity up to 300 racks per hour. The S prewash starts dealing with soil before ware enters the main wash section.
Automatic Soil Removal clears waste from the machine during operation, helping reduce manual handling and interruptions for dumping. The wash section has a stainless steel pump, and the triple rinse has a separate pump to maintain the rinse flow. Integrated C20 heat recovery, an autotimer and insulated doors help manage energy and the work environment. A colour INFOTRONIC display gives operators control and status information.
The deep-drawn tank, strainer pan, wash arms, rinse arm and panels use stainless steel. A main switch and emergency stop are included. Check the right-to-left feed against the site's table layout. Dish racks are sold separately.
