The PROFI GC-90C brings a dedicated glasswashing station into a compact undercounter space. Its low installation height helps bars and restaurants use positions where a taller machine would be difficult to fit. Staff can follow the selected programme and remaining time on the colour touchscreen, keeping glass turnaround visible during service. The machine uses a compact rack format rather than the larger 500 mm format of Hobart’s low-body GXC range. Nominal rinse-water use is 1.9 litres per cycle. This is the basic GC version for sites that already have suitable water quality or plan treatment separately. The GCROI version adds integrated reverse osmosis and is a different machine. When choosing between them, the key questions are the space beneath the counter, the glass load and how the water supply will be treated.
