The Hobart TLW Two-Level Washer has two separate wash chambers within a footprint comparable with a conventional dishwasher. It can wash different types of ware in parallel, including dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. The additional lower level and dedicated utensil programme support compact kitchens that need more wash capacity without a larger pass-through line.
