The Hoshizaki IM-100CNE-21 is a self-contained cube ice maker producing approximately 85 kg/day under rated conditions with an integral 38 kg storage bin. The integral bin holds approximately 38 kg, with a bin-control setting of approximately 23 kg. The closed-cell water circuit and automatic rinse and flush cycle support hygienic ice production.

A seven-segment display shows operating status, and safety controls protect the freeze and defrost cycles. The unit has a stainless-steel exterior and accessible air filters for routine maintenance. The dimensions include adjustable legs ranging from 90 to 125 mm.

At 32°C air and 21°C water, rated output is approximately 62 kg per 24 hours; actual output varies with site conditions. External dimensions are 1004 mm W × 600 mm D × 800 mm H.
