The Hoshizaki FM-300AKE-HC-SB is a modular flake ice maker in a modular format for use with a compatible storage bin. Rated output is approximately 300 kg per 24 hours using 10°C air and 10°C water. Operating features include closed water circuit, cleanable air filter and magnetic DC water-pump system.

The cabinet measures 560 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 780 mm high, with net and packed weights of 81 kg and 88 kg respectively. It is air-cooled, uses R290 refrigerant and requires a single-phase 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply with a 10 A plug.
