The Hoshizaki RTC-125DEA-GN-4D is a 270 L commercial refrigerated drawer unit with 4 drawers. 270 L maximum storage capacity in a drawer underbench cabinet. Microprocessor temperature control is adjustable from -6 to 12°C.

Stainless steel exterior and interior with forced-air refrigeration. A Programmable digital controller and display support daily operation. Gastronorm drawers provide quick access to ingredients.

Drawers accept Gastronorm pans up to 150 mm deep. External dimensions are 1250 W × 700 D × 815 H mm. The power requirement is Single phase 220–240 V, 50 Hz, 10 A plug. The drawer arrangement supports organised access to chilled ingredients beneath the work area. The capacity, access arrangement and temperature range should be considered together when matching the cabinet to the intended food-storage workflow.
