The Hoshizaki FM-1000AKE-N is a modular nugget ice maker producing approximately 730 kg/day under rated conditions for use with a compatible storage bin. The auger design and automatic flush function support regular cleaning. A controller-board operational display assists with troubleshooting.

The air-cooled unit uses R404A refrigerant and has a net weight of approximately 146 kg. The dimensions are for the ice-making head without a storage bin. At 32°C air and 21°C water, rated output is approximately 590 kg per 24 hours; actual output varies with site conditions.
