The FDR.1800 brings chilled food into a customer-facing ActiveView display. The cabinet puts the selection where it can be seen at the point of service, while its two glass sliding doors allow staff to replenish and retrieve products. It is intended for venues that need presentation and holding in the same cabinet.
Glass shelves create separate display levels, helping the selection stay organised as products change through the day. The refrigerated cabinet keeps the displayed food in its specified operating range. Check the layout and shelf arrangement against the portions and packaging that will be displayed.
SCS Connect works with SKOPE-connect for cabinet settings, monitoring and alerts. This combination of holding and presentation lets the serving team keep the selection visible during service.
