The new Trueheat RC Series Griddle Plate combines versatility, functionality and a new streamlined design to deliver a commercial griddle designed specifically with Australian restaurant and café kitchens in mind. It features individual pilots and flame failure as standard plus featuring a 16mm thick griddle with powerful cast iron H burner.
