  • Tailor the cook surface with reversible heavy-duty top grates (level or inclined) and interchangeable drop-on griddle plates.
  • Maintain safe operation with full pilot and flame failure protection per burner and individual Hi-Lo gas control.
  • Speed up cleaning with lift-out radiants, burners and baffles, plus deep stainless steel grease collection drawers and front access to parts.
  • Supplied with Natural and LP gas regulator and gas type conversion kits.
