This 15ltr Winterhalter F6200 high performance pot & utensil detergent is highly concentrated and contains alkaline. Due to its intensive starch dissolving power, F6200 removes dried-on food residues and coffee or tea residues particularly effectively. It is suitable for all common dishwashers such as undercounter dishwashers, glasswashers, pass thru dishwashers, utensils dishwashers and conveyor dishwashers in restaurants, hotels and canteens.

Winterhalter F6200 detergent is suitable for all types of dishes made of porcelain, plastic, stainless steel as well as cutlery and utensils. Please note that the F6200 is not suitable for silver, aluminium (also anodised) and light alloys.
