To meet these demands, Winterhalter has made no compromises in its new UC Excellence-i machines by successfully integrating reverse osmosis into its under counter UC-S machine. These solutions guarantee perfect wash results without the need for extra polishing.
The UC Excellence- i delivers a perfect combination of Warewasher and reverse osmosis. The water treatment process is fully integrated into the wash process to deliver flawless wash results every time. The warewasher's touch display is used to control communication and the operation of UC Excellence-i devices. The operational status is shown on the display - this allows immediate reaction to faults. Space requirements are only limited to the dimensions of the Warewasher.
When it comes to longer wash breaks, the AquaOpt function prevents salt deposit returns and the negative impact this has on the wash result. Optimum water is always used when washing to achieve the best wash result.
A technician is required to install this machine and should only be installed by a trained professional.
