Fan-forced air is distributed through ducts inside the cabinet. The digital temperature controller lets staff adjust the setting, while the monoblock refrigeration system is designed for service access. A protective coating helps the refrigeration coil resist corrosion.

The storage area uses a 1/1GN shelf configuration with adjustable runners, allowing shelf positions to be changed to suit different items. LED lighting illuminates the contents, and the doors are self-closing and lockable.

The stainless-steel worktop provides a work surface above the refrigerated storage at a 900 mm working height. The cabinet is supplied on a combination of standard and lockable castors. The 900 mm configuration uses height-increase spacers above the standard 840 mm finish height. CFC-free polyurethane insulation forms part of the cabinet construction.
