The Airex AXR.PM.1740 gives pizza preparation teams an angled ingredient well with two-door refrigerated storage underneath. The upper well holds nine 1/3GN pans, keeping toppings together at the preparation area while the cabinet below provides space for backup ingredients.

Cold air circulates both above and below the pans. A coated evaporator extends across the full length of the well to distribute cooling, and a digital display and controller provide temperature monitoring and adjustment. The insulated stainless-steel lids tilt open during access and can be removed completely for cleaning.

Pizza racks, a dropping tray and nine 150mm-deep 1/3GN pans are supplied. A removable filter and a combination of standard and lockable castors help with cleaning access and positioning. This self-contained bench is rated for ambient temperatures up to 40°C with the lids on and 32°C with them open.
