The Airex AXR.SW.1025 brings sandwich assembly and refrigerated ingredient storage together in a single-door preparation bench. Its upper well holds five 1/3GN pans, with a cutting board alongside the ingredients and refrigerated storage underneath for supplies needed during service.

Cold air circulates above and below the pans, while a coated evaporator runs the length of the well to spread cooling across it. Sliding Perspex lids cover the ingredient well between service periods, and the digital display and controller make temperature checks and adjustments straightforward.

The filter can be removed for routine cleaning. Standard and lockable castors allow the bench to be moved for cleaning and secured in position for use. A cutting board and five 100mm-deep 1/3GN pans are included. This self-contained bench is rated for ambient temperatures up to 40°C with the lid on and 32°C with it off.
