The Frymaster commercial electric fryer is ideal for busy restaurants. It can fry 36kg of frozen chips per hour, while saving energy and oil. Self-filtration can detect dirty oil and filter without any downtime.

The split pot option allows you to use a portion of the pot during off-peak service periods, saving energy and increasing the life of your oil.

Your staff will find cleaning easy with the open pot design. The ergonomic bottom slopes forward, leaving minimal oil behind after filtering.

The deep cold zone helps to extend the life of the oil by keeping the lower oil cooler. Larger food particles will sink and not burn and taint the oil. So, you save oil, labour, and time.
