The Hoshizaki IM-100CNE-28 is a self-contained cube ice maker producing approximately 83 kg/day under rated conditions with an integral 38 kg storage bin. A closed-cell water circuit and automatic rinse and flush cycle support hygienic ice production. The control circuit includes a seven-segment display and protection for the freeze and defrost cycles.

The stainless-steel exterior and accessible air filters support routine maintenance. The dimensions include adjustable legs ranging from 90 to 125 mm. At 32°C air and 21°C water, rated output is approximately 73 kg per 24 hours; actual output varies with site conditions.

External dimensions are 1004 mm W × 600 mm D × 800 mm H. The electrical supply is 1 phase, 220–240 V, 50 Hz, 10 A plug. Its self-contained format keeps ice production and storage together in one commercial cabinet.
