The Hoshizaki FM-150KE is a self-contained flake ice maker producing approximately 130 kg/day under rated conditions with an integral 26 kg storage bin. The one-piece bin has rounded corners and an integrated door handle for easier cleaning and access. It is air cooled and uses R134a refrigerant. The dimensions include adjustable legs ranging from 70 to 110 mm.

At 32°C air and 21°C water, rated output is approximately 110 kg per 24 hours; actual output varies with site conditions. External dimensions are 640 mm W × 600 mm D × 803 mm H. The electrical supply is 1 phase, 220–240 V, 50 Hz, 10 A plug. Its self-contained format keeps ice production and storage together in one commercial cabinet.
