The Hoshizaki KMD-201AB is a modular crescent ice maker producing approximately 175 kg/day under rated conditions for use with a compatible storage bin. CycleSaver uses a double-sided stainless steel evaporator to form individual crescent cubes. The EverCheck control board provides an audible alarm and diagnostic functions.
