The Loire Pie Warmer Display Cabinet is perfect for pies and pastries, muffins, croissants and other food items. With a contemporary European design, the Loire offers flexibility with self service. It is a two tier unit with designated lighting highlights each shelf helping increase sales and reduces dark spots within the cabinet.
The humidity controlled cabinet keeps a level of moisture in the air slowing the drying of food on display. The result is that the customer is provided with fresher food and the owner saves money on wastage making the Loire a very profitable bakery display counter.
Fitted with a large water tray, the Loire Pie Warmer Display Cabinet provides variable humidity levels, as well as increased product freshness and shelf life.
The Loire display warmer comes with mechanical thermostat with a variable control 35°c – 90°c plus a removable crumb tray.
