The Anets SilverPLUS 70AV Gas Tube Fryer uses the highly efficient ‘GasSaver’™ tube burner design - providing optimum cooking output and efficiency while reducing flue temperatures. Lower flue emissions from the SilverPLUS fryers equal lower temperatures, resulting in a cooler overall working environment.
