The Convotherm maxx pro 6.20 easyTouch is a mid-size boiler combi oven designed for kitchens that demand both capacity and precision. With room for up to 14 × GN 1/1 trays or 7 × GN 2/1 trays, it combines Natural Smart Climate™ (ACS+) technology with steam, convection, and combi-steam modes for maximum flexibility. The 10” easyTouch TFT interface, ConvoClean+ automatic cleaning, and HygieniCare antibacterial surfaces ensure intuitive use, reliability, and the highest hygiene standards.
