The Convotherm maxx pro 10.20 easyTouch is a large-capacity boiler combi oven designed for high-volume production in professional kitchens. With capacity for 22 × GN 1/1 or 11 × GN 2/1 trays, it combines steam, convection, and combi-steam modes powered by Natural Smart Climate™ (ACS+) technology for precise humidity and heat control. Featuring a 10” easyTouch TFT interface, ConvoClean+ automatic cleaning, and HygieniCare antibacterial surfaces, it delivers productivity, hygiene, and efficiency. Available in both electric and gas boiler models, the 10.20 adapts to a variety of kitchen energy infrastructures.
