These double sided grills have an upper platen that lifts and lowers automatically and can be pre-programmed with your unique menu items. Program the griddle temperature, cooking time, top plate height and temperature for consistent results. All updated easily via USB. It’s easy to even cook your patty, then raise the platen up to melt cheese on top at the final stage without sticking to the platen.

The EasyTouch(TM) icon driven full colour screen design is simple for all staff to use and cuts down training time. Simply press the button and leave the griddle to cook. No need to flip the food over or monitor to avoid burning. The grill will alert you when the cook is complete.

Three independent heat zones on the plate and two on the platen increases cooking uniformity, with the ability to cook up-to eight burger patties at once per platen.
