Christmas & New Year Closure Information

Flexikitch is closed for the Christmas and New Year period. Thank you for your continued support throughout the year. 

Our office, warehouse, showroom, sales, service, and accounts teams are closed from: 

22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 We will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026. 

All enquiries received during this time will be reviewed and actioned as a priority when we return.

Service FAQs

If your business requires urgent service during this period, you may engage your own technician

  • Maximum reimbursement cap: $400 (inc GST)
  • To be eligible for reimbursement, you must submit:
    • Invoice from the technician
    • Serial number of the unit
    • Service report
    • Proof of Payment (if paid upfront)
  • Out-of-hours callout fees are not included in your rental service plan
  • Travel time is not included in your rental service plan

We suggest engaging a qualified technician in your area, which could include a technician your business already has a relationship with.

Please note that the technician must be qualified in the relevant field. Flexikitch does not accept responsibility for any damage caused by an external technician.

Approx Seven (7) days from our re-open date of the 5th Jan 2026.

Upon reopening, 5th Jan 2026. We will action all requests with the utmost priority. Please allow additional time for a response during this period of high enquiry volume.

We will endeavour to have all jobs organised, with updated sent to you accordingly. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as required parts or a technician being unable to attend), the job will be actioned upon reopening.

Accounts / Payment FAQs

No, our Accounts & Payments team will be unavailable from 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. The department will re-open on 5 January 2026

Will Direct Debits (DDR) continue during the closure?

Yes. Direct Debits will continue as normal over the holiday period, including:

  • Week ending 29 December 2025
  • Week ending 12 January 2026

Yes. You can make payments at any time using our bank details.

Please email your remittance to accounts@flkexikitch.com.au  and it will be processed when the team returns.

All payments and remittances received during the closure will be processed from 5th Jan 2026 onward.

Any outstanding A/P bills will be reviewed and processed upon our return on 5th Jan 2026

Admin / Delivery / Application FAQs

We’ll keep you updated with your expected delivery date + pass on the logistic company’s contact details so you can stay in the loop. Please note that delivery partners may have limited capacity over the holiday period and don’t operate on. Public holidays or weekend.

If you experience any issues, please email admin@flexikitch.com.au  and we will action this as soon as we reopen on the 5th Jan 2026. In the unlikely event of damage, please include photos and any relevant details to help us resolve the matter quickly.

All online orders will be processed once we reopen on the 5th Jan 2026.

We’ll action all requests with the utmost priority, but please allow a little extra time during high enquiry periods.

No, our showroom will be closed during this period. You’re welcome to email us to book an appointment for when we reopen.

Online orders placed between 22 Dec, and 5th Jan 2026 will not be processed during this period. Orders will be actioned in the order they were received once we reopen.
