Powerful cast iron H burners disperse heat evenly over the premium 15 mm thick plate of this commercial gas griddle.

The four 28.5MJ Garland Starfire Pro(R) burners outperform ring burners in precision, productivity and energy efficiency. Heat is concentrated directly at the bottom of the pan. So, food is cooked with a precise, even heat while not heating the surrounding kitchen environment. The two-piece split design makes them easy to handle, remove and clean.

The large single door commercial oven can fit a full size gastronorm pan (GN1/1) in either direction, increasing your productivity. The 33J cast iron "H" oven burner is the best in class for temperature consistency and recovery time. The concave shape of the oven walls provides evenness in cooking and the black enamel coating is easy to clean.
